Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by the RugPullRadar team to explain what data the app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the RugPullRadar web app, iOS app, and API.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and an encrypted password (or Apple/Google identifier if you sign in with those providers).
  • Usage data: tokens/contract addresses you scan, Auto Scout activity, watchlist entries, and credit balance.
  • Payment records: if you buy credits, we store the transaction reference (bank/crypto memo or Apple IAP receipt). We never see your card or bank credentials.
  • Technical logs: standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

2. What we do NOT collect

  • We do not run third-party ad networks or advertising trackers.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not access the contents of any wallet — RugPullRadar only reads public on-chain data for the token addresses you submit.

3. How we use your data

  • Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
  • Run token scans, Auto Scout, watchlist checks, and MCP tool calls on your behalf.
  • Track credit usage and honor purchases.
  • Detect abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability.

4. Subprocessors

RugPullRadar relies on a small number of providers to operate:

  • Cloud hosting and database (auth, storage, functions).
  • Public blockchain data providers (e.g. DexScreener) for token metadata.
  • Apple (for iOS distribution and In-App Purchases).

5. Data retention

Account and scan data are retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@rugpullradar.com; we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Children

RugPullRadar is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Disclaimer

RugPullRadar provides research signals about on-chain tokens. It is not financial advice and does not guarantee that any token is safe or unsafe. Always do your own research.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
